In each situation, we only gather data that is required or suitable to achieve the goals of the visitor’s contact with us. Except that as mentioned here, we do not release personally-identifying information. Additionally, users always have the option to decline to submit personally identifiable information, with the proviso that doing so can preclude them from taking part in particular website-related activities.

We do not disclose personally-identifying information other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations, as described above. We may occasionally send you an email if you have registered as a user on our website and have provided your email address to inform you of new features, ask for your opinion, or simply keep you informed about what’s happening with our goods.
We reserve the right to publish requests that you send to us (by email or through one of our feedback channels), either to assist us in properly replying to your request or to help us support other users. We take every precaution to avoid giving potentially personally identifying and personally-identifying information, such as your name and address, to anybody who might do it unlawfully to access, use, alter, or destroy it.
